Single I Ticket West & Greg Izor – Here In The Corner
Vrijdag 11 november verscheen de nieuwe single ‘Here in the Corner’ van Ticket West & Greg Izor. Het nummer is op alle streamingsdiensten te beluisteren en is de eerste track van een later te verschijnen EP in deze samenwerking.
In de zomer van 2022 dook de bluesband rondom de broers Pascal en Walter Wilhelm met Greg Izor de studio in. Deze Amerikaanse zanger/ mondharmonicaspeler is “That all-too-rare total package – a creative vocalist, harp player, songwriter and showman” (Living Blues Magazine) en speelde onder andere met Anson Funderburgh, Pinetop Perkins, Gary Primich, Mike Keller, Johnny Moeller en Nick Curran. Het resultaat is een EP met songs van Greg. Ticket West tekent voor de begeleiding met dit keer Peter ten Wolde op de drums.
De EP werd wederom opgenomen in de Vuurland Studio in Utrecht en mede geproduceerd door Erny Green.
