Written by Jay Farrar and released on Son Volt’s first album, ‘Trace’ (1995), this is a great sing-along road song. The album was produced by Goran Grini (Skien, Norway) and features Mike Lent – bass, Chris Nordquist – drums, Tim Leacock – guitars / mandolin, and Russell Broom – guitars, Goran Grini – acoustic guitar / Wurlitzer piano, Sydney Zadravec – b/g vocals, Bruce Bouton – steel guitar and Denis Dufresne – fiddle.
